The female lead Katerina is a strong and likable character. She lives with her sister Ana, both of the sisters have powers, however Katerina fights to control hers.  When she is down on her luck, that is when things start changing.  When she gets caught doing something she is not proud of, she meets FBI agent Adrian Stone.  He is alpha male all the way, and besides trying to solve a case, he also makes it known his interest in her.  Add to the fact that she just ran into an old college friend Declan.  They have always shared a connection, but never took it to the next level.  When they reconnect, they both wonder why.  Add the FBI consultant Elias and Kati is all kinds of confused.  Can she get control of her powers? and can she choose just one of the insanely hot guys who are showing her how much they want her? Or maybe she wont have to choose.

Charms of Attraction is in the Realms and Rebels Anthology.  We have several authors, with all kinds of different paranormal RH stories.  I only read Charms of Attraction by Julia Clarke, which is from the Cursed Legacy Series.  COA is a quick read, but I felt like I read a full length novel, surprisingly filled with lots of things happening.  The writing is descriptive and engaging.  The characters are different and work together well.  Since this is a short story of course not a lot goes into a lengthy romance, so the romance is quick but I felt it fit the story just fine.  I can easily see this as a series that I could really get lost in.
