It's a...Reverse Harem
Three irresistible guys.
Marissa White is used to being the black sheep of the family. Compared to her perfect sister, she can’t seem to do anything right. Still, she didn’t plan on falling for Van and Tucker Manto or their friend Francis. Nor did she plan on sleeping with any of them. And she absolutely, most definitely did not plan on becoming pregnant. Maybe things wouldn’t be so complicated if she knew who the father was…
Two pink lines.
Tucker Manto is done holding back. Years ago, Tucker, Van, and Francis made a pact to leave Marissa alone. She was too young and innocent to be touched by the shit in their lives. Well, fuck that. Now that Francis and Van had screwed up, Tucker was more than willing to be the supportive friend Marissa needed. And after saving the day, he’d claim her for himself. Unfortunately, things don't always go as planned…
One big mistake.
Marissa's parents moved her away from her "wild" friends to give her a fresh start. Keep her out of trouble. Little did they know, they were putting her right in the line of fire.
Van, Tucker and Francis knew from first sight that Marissa White was trouble with a capital T. Their mistake was believing they could trust each other to stay away.
We met this group in the Faith Series. Other than Tucker, they weren't key players in the story so you don't have to have read them in order to read this book. I love Faith and her story though so of course I recommend you read that series as well. That's where we all fell in love with Tucker. The bad boy we loved to hate. Even though we didn't want him with our precious Faith, we did want him to have his happy ever after. At least, I did. He hasn't gotten there yet but man he is determined. We get to see some of that same Tucker from before here as well. He has a selfish side and he wants Marissa all to himself. We get to see some of his sneaky, manipulating ways come into play. We also get to see a side of Tucker we never have before. The sweet side. He's there for Marissa. To help her, to pamper her, to give her what she wants and needs. I fell even more in love with Tucker in this book.
Now this is an RH so of course there are other guys. We don't spend as much time with them in this book but they are definitely a key part to this story. I look forward to getting to know more about them in the future. This book though, Tucker stole the show and I'm 100% OK with that. They will get their time as well.
Marissa, well she's pretty determined herself. She has always wanted the three friends. She's tried so hard to get their attention over the years. Now she has it. She just happened to get a whole lot more than she bargained for. She wants what Faith has, though, and she is hell bent on getting it, one way or another.
As always, I love this author and her work. She really gets us at the end with that big ol' whopper of a surprise. Can't wait to see how things play out with that one.
