It's a...Reverse Harem
When you're in love with your best friend, life is complicated.
When he's also your stepbrother, it's a nightmare.
Jane's apparently a magnet for chaos.
Because now she's agreed to tutor her stepbrother's enemy, and that sexy bad boy might have a thing for her. She might also love that a tingle surrounds her soul whenever he's close.
Throw his two brothers into the mix, dangerous rivals looking to destroy every one of them, and parents controlling her love life. It's safe to say she's wandered into the apocalypse.
At least being torn between four hot guys isn't the end of the world.
Just kidding. It totally is.
But they'll all realize something.
Jane's the ruler of her life. No one else.
Long live the queen . . . and her kings.
(Recommended for readers 18yr+)THIS STORY WON'T BE FOR YOU if you are against Reverse Harem (1 girl and three or more guys) and 17 & 18 year olds having sex. Please be responsible and avoid if you know it is not something you are comfortable with. Jane's Team is a High School Reverse Harem Romance and Alternate reality for Janie Marie's Gods & Monsters trilogy. While this is a standalone, efforts were made to bring extra smiles for established G&M readers. If you'd like to meet the gang in their original reality, that series is available. Still, the Gods & Monsters trilogy is not a prerequisite to read and enjoy Jane's Team. *strong language, sexual assault, sex, stepbrother romance, reverse harem romance. Guaranteed HEA. No Cliffhanger*

I need to start this off by saying I've never read a book by this author before.
This is an alternate reality book from her Gods and Monsters series.
It's the same characters just in a different world and setting.
However, you can understand the book without having read the series.
The only part I found confusing was the epilogue where it brings the two worlds together.
I don't want to give too much away, but I will say I enjoyed it.
I do think many people would enjoy it a lot more if you've read the Gods and Monsters.
When Jane was young, she moved into a house between two adorable little boys.
One of those boys had several brothers as well.
In the beginning, they were all friends until her life was flipped upside down.
This is a pretty fast-paced story though in the beginning it does start off a little slow.
Mainly because it is setting up the scenery and background of the characters.
And this isn't your typical reverse harem.
At least, it didn't feel like it to me.
Two of the members are not really intimate with her in the story.
I'm not sure if this ties into the other reality or what exactly.
And one of the guys felt like her favorite.
Like she could drop the others and be okay.
But that wasn't any issue with me.
I just wasn't sure during some of the parts if this was actually going to be a reverse harem story.
I will say that I struggled in the beginning with getting into the story, but ended up really liking it.
But then the ending got me confused.
Overall, I really enjoyed the story.
I think I'll have to go and read the series of Gods and Monsters so I can get to know these characters a little better and understand them a bit more.
I would recommend it.
