It's a...Reverse Harem

I thought the streets were tough, until I went to boarding school. Sparrowood Academy isn’t made for girls like me. Not the poor. The damaged. Sparrowood Academy definitely wasn’t made for guys like them. Dangerous, lethal. Tough. There’s a thin line between survival outside these walls and the treacherous gameplay of the elite. Will they break me? Or will I break them?

Sparrowood Academy is part one of this new contemporary, gritty, dark high school reverse harem series by best-selling author, Angel Lawson.

SPARROWOOD ACADEMY:
Sparrowood Academy Part One
Sparrowood Academy Part Two: ( Coming Soon )

Okay I have been in a huge Bully Romance and Academy kick lately.  Like I read every single one I can.  I can honestly say I enjoyed this very much.  Sparrowood is a little bit different.

Here the main character Eden, she is from a rough neighborhood.  Kingston Park, a place for skateboarders, punks, drug dealers, homeless,  if you're looking for a good time.  She goes there with her sister Hope.  Kingston Park is run by the K-Boys.  The Kings, they are self crowned.  When her sister disappears she blames them.  In particular Hawk, the leader.  She asks for his help, but when things go wrong they get picked up by the police.  They have a choice, go undercover at a school to get evidence to what they do behind closed doors.  Or go to jail.  So the K-Boys and Eden go to where the privileged play at Sparrowood Academy.  Eden is used to working alone and trusts no one.  Here she is a target.  She is not like the other girls.  Everyone takes notice.  They all watch her either with hate or want.  Except the K- Boys, Hawk, Gray, and Theo.  They have watched her ever since she started going to Kingston Park, she just didn't know it.

I really loved the writing style, the plot, the characters, the direction we are heading in.  All of it is on point.  Angel has done an excellent job of taking this popular genre and putting a slight spin on it.  Guys, Sparrowood Academy is very good, and a definite try if you are into the dark academy books now.  But if you're not, its just a story with a great plot.
