Okay, first things first. Let's talk about this AMAZING cover.
I've gotten used to seeing the badass females on the covers since there are so many males in the harems that it's hard to show those individually like these on a cover.
Or that's been my experience with RH covers.
Sometimes you see the men in the background either as silhouettes or spread out in all their glory with bare-chests.
Not the case with this awesome cover.
We get undivided attention from our main man.



I had a hard time getting into this book in the beginning.
Mainly because we are getting some back story and understanding what exactly this book is all about. But it picks up in the middle and really gets moving.



If you like books with female leads with tons of sass and attitude, then this is the book for you.
Mainly because her nickname just also happens to be Sass. LOL.



This is a pretty quick read. Only 135 pages. But it's still got a lot going on.
Book Two will definitely give us more insight into where this adventure will be heading.
But love that it is told from different points of view. Always love getting into the guy's head to know what they are thinking.



Overall, I enjoyed the book and would recommend.
However, would probably wait until the rest of the books in the series are finished.
