It's a...Reverse Harem
Five years ago, they made my life a living hell. They teased me, abused me, and called me a witch. Little did they know... Now, I’m back for my senior year of high school. New hair, new style, new personality. I’ll no longer be the weird girl hiding in the shadows. Instead, I’ll embrace all of my darkness. The goal? Revenge on the boys—the men—who bullied me. The football star, the musician, the bad boy, and the class president. I’ll make them pay for what they did to me. One spell at a time. Buckle up, boys and girls. You’re not going to like me by the time this book ends. I never said I’m the hero of the story, did I? I’m just the crazy bitch with a voodoo doll. This is a dark paranormal reverse harem romance with bully and revenge themes by USA Today Bestselling Author Katie May. All characters are over the age of eighteen. This book will contain strong language and sexual situations. This is a stand-alone!

Katie May is becoming one of those authors that I get super excited when I see she has something new releasing.
I'm slowly making my way through her books and with each one, I'm loving them more and more.

Honestly, going into this book, I had no idea what to expect.
I didn't even realize it was going to be a bully romance until I started reading the prologue.
Which is probably a good thing because I'm not the biggest fan of the bully romances.
Yet this one was different from the others I've dived in to.
First, it has a supernatural aspect to it. But not everyone is supernatural.
Only the heroine.
And she is a witch.
Her tormentors are human.
Breathtakingly beautiful humans, but humans all the same.

There is so much I want to say about this book, but I don't want to give it away if you haven't read it for yourself yet.
What I will say is that this is a great story of not judging a book by it's cover.
Not this book cover, obviously, because it is FABULOUS!
But the characters within the story.
The heroine perceives them a certain way, but things turn out not to be at all what she expects.
Of them.
Of herself.
Of her family.
Everything isn't at all what it seems and when things start spiraling, it's those that she never thought she could trust who are by her side.

Absolutely adored this book.
I'm actually kind of sad that it is a stand-alone and not a series.
I think Katie could easily turn it into a series, but it ended with everything tied up in a nice little bow.
You aren't left feeling like things weren't resolved or anything.
Truthfully, I just grew to love the characters so much that I wanted to see more of them.
I would definitely recommend this book.
