Wandering Star, (Cricket Kendall)
Willow Hadley
Goodreads, Amazon
It's a...Reverse Harem
Cricket Kendall has learned a lot about herself in the month leading up to her long-awaited eighteenth birthday. Not only is she more powerful than she ever imagined she’d be, she’s also discovered she’s an alpha and most likely soulmates with three hot-ass werewolves. And now, her birthday is finally here. The day she’ll reach the full potential of her magical power as a witch, and the day she’ll finally see a mate mark on her wrist that proves she belongs with Theo, Hollis, and Cas. Everything should be perfect. Things don’t go quite as planned, however. Everyone seems to have been keeping secrets, one of her relationships is crumbling, and Cricket learns even more about herself than she bargained for. Cricket needs her guys by her side to support her. Whether they’re soulmates or not, Theo, Hollis, and Cas are her best friends first. At least, she hopes they are.

We finally got to what we've been waiting for!

After two books, we have finally arrived at Cricket's eighteenth birthday.
And let's just say drama unfolds.

We've had so much build up to this event.
Of course we were expecting a doozy.
And we got one.
On the relationship front.
As well as the magic front.

Cricket is officially mated to Theo, Cass, and Hollis.
Even if it did take some serious convincing among the parents, other pack members, and friends.
But they pulled it off.
Now they are blissfully happy together.

The only things now they have ahead of them is the "coming out" amongst the witches for Cricket.
We've met a couple of witches who will be in attendance.
If her birthday was anything to go by, I have a feeling this is going to have even more drama.

Relationship wise things were going pretty smooth.
Until Cass had a minor breakdown and caused issues.
The issues were easily fixed (maybe a little too easily for my liking).
However, things are good to go now between everyone.

Cricket is slowly building her circle.
I'm excited to see how this will play out in future books.

This book again has a pretty abrupt ending.
However, the author does state in her author note that this isn't the end and we can expect more.
Though book four has not been announced as far as I know.

Overall, I enjoyed the book and ready to see more from these characters.
