It's a...Reverse Harem
Cricket Kendall moved to Colorado expecting to learn more about her magic and heritage. Since befriending three hot werewolves from the local pack, things haven’t gone exactly as planned.
As her eighteenth birthday looms closer and closer, her magic and abilities grow stronger than she ever imagined they could. Theo, Hollis, and Cas do their best to help and support her, but tensions are high between the long-time friends. Between miscommunication, keeping secrets, and the tentative hope that one—or all—of them might end up being Cricket’s mate after her birthday, they can barely keep control of themselves.
However, a witch’s intuition is her greatest power. When Cricket learns to trust herself and her magic, she realizes things might not have to be so complicated.
This one is definitely for you.
Cricket has met three amazing guys who just so happen to be best friends and part of the same wolf pack.
She is slowly realizing that she can't just be friends with them.
However, she feels the same pull toward all three of them.
And it seems as though they reciprocate those feelings.
It doesn't help that her magic is also slowly growing the closer she gets to her eighteenth birthday.
As I stated earlier, this is a very slow burn book.
Not only on the romance front, but also the plot front.
One book only covers so many days, barely even a week or two.
We are slowly but surely getting the information and backstory that we need to see where things will end up.
This series is a little different.
It's almost just an abrupt cut off.
No real warning or anything.
I feel like they definitely capture what Cricket and this series is all about.
Overall, it's a great read and definitely recommend the series.
On to book three!
Book Three, Wandering Star, is already out!
