Synopsis:
Adelasia is the daughter to the most powerful mobster in NYC, but she doesn't want any part of it. Since college she has distanced herself from that world, becoming a lawyer who supports animal rights.She has a steady boyfriend and friends, but she is about to get dragged back into the world she was born into. She doesn't plan to give in to her father's demands, she plans to find a way back to the comforts of her "normal" life. Somewhere along the way though, is the thought that maybe she has been hiding from who she really is. Is she really a one man woman? Is she meant to be waiting at home for a man to come home after their 9-5 day is over? Or is she meant to rule, is she in fact meant to ride her three kings all day long and rule NYC at night, with their enemies sleeping with the fishes?

Overview:
If you are looking for a short'ish, awesome as hell, HOT read no need to read any further click that "buy now" button. I usually love almost everything this author publishes but I have to say this is my favorite since Groupie, Roadie, and Moxie.

So Adelasia is in a crap situation, it is basically do as your father says or get killed. I will say early on I was really worried about where in the heck this was all heading. That is my only negative feeling about the book, it made me really nervous! But what might be a negative is also a huge positive because the way Adelasia surprised me was SO awesome. This is a woman who pushed herself into a box for reasons unknown, playing into a masochistic stereotype that women don't lead. Adelasia is a woman you respect from the start because she is overall an independent thinker. However has the reluctant Princess risen to become the Queen she was born to be, the Queen who accepts who she REALLY is ..
