It's a...Reverse Harem
The Age of Dragons is ending and the seed of rebellion is ready to bloom.
Born from blood and chaos, unable to fit in and desperate for love and affection Bela Dusquene is rocked when a dragon blows into her life and with him the Winds of Change. The question is can the flower of womanhood bloom in war?
Learning to believe in not only herself but those she loves, Bela must survive the chaos the winds brings.
Or Solara will fall.
Blue has been on the run from his past and his future for the last five years. Oceans of blood cover his hands and keep him from those he loves. But the sins of the past and wrongs of the present have a way of catching up with those who run.
Solara needs a Queen for the war to come. And Blue has sworn she'll have one no matter the cost.
Magic binds them, but destiny separates them.
Can Bela endure the winds of change, or will her hopes and dreams be blown away?

I'm blown away by how much I enjoyed this book.
It had bits of nerve-wrecking reads that I wished I could jump in and just shake the characters.
But it was beautifully written with a good story line and interesting characters.
Bela, the main character, was raised in naivety.
Her parents believed by keeping secrets, they were protecting her.
But because of their lapse in judgment, she isn't prepared for the world she is thrust into.
One ruled by cruel and vindictive people.
This story is very vivid.
I could picture it just as I was watching a movie.
You are transported into the action, the characters emotions, and the world they live in.
It isn't a simple story line.
It is complex and full of mystery and turmoil.
You will be sucked in from the beginning.
We don't see much of the romance.
But you do see the beginnings of something unraveling.
It's a slow-burn reverse harem, so be prepared for that.
Another thing to prepare yourself for...
A cliffhanger.
This is a doozy of one and will have you shouting at the author wondering where the next book is.
Overall, a powerful fantasy read.
I am curious as to what will happen next.
