Winter's Guardian, (Her Guardian's Series)
G. Bailey
Goodreads/a>, Amazon
It's a...Reverse Harem
When Winter started university with her best friend Alex, she didn’t expect to find herself in the middle of a supernatural war. Who knew saving a stray wolf could earn you the alliance of the pack. To make things more complicated, the broody and very attractive Jaxson is tasked with keeping her safe from the growing vampire threat in town. It’s a shame he can’t stand her and enjoys irritating the hell out of her. When she finds out her new boyfriend has his own secrets, can she trust anyone anymore? What happens when you get yourself stuck in the middle of a war? This is a reverse harem book series. 17+ readers only.

Winter's Guardian is the first book in a paranormal reverse harem series that shows us a unique twist to the RH. I loved that each of Winter's mates is a wolf, vampire, angel and witch. Add in the human girl, who may just be alittle something else, and you have a very interesting setup to a great series. What can I say, I loved it! Winter is a fun lead who is not afraid to speak her mind. When she is first introduced to Jax, she does not find him charming at all. Things change when she finds a young wolf injured. She proceeds to help the wolf only to find out that he is not a wolf at all, but a young boy. Who has a hot uncle, who lets it know that he cannot stand humans. This sets the story up of Winter learning about the pack and its ways. For protection sake she is bonded to the pack and Wyatt, the jerk, is her protector. Thus setting up the story of a vampire who wants to woo a special girl, a werewolf who reluctantly is falling for a annoyingly sexy brat, and two friends an angel and witch who cannot wait their turn to let a certain sexy thing know that their lives are all intertwined and fate will not be denied. Winter's Guardian was a fantastic read that does leave on a cliffhanger but in a good way, leaves you wanting the second book even more. G. Bailey has done a wonderful job of creating a world of vampires, angels, witches and wolves. Don't miss this beginning to a great series.<
