Mia's Men, (The Heiress's Harem)
Lucy Felthouse
Goodreads, Amazon
It's a...Reverse Harem
Mia Harrington’s father just lost his brave battle with cancer. Naturally, she’s devastated. With her mother long-since dead, and no siblings, Mia has a great deal of responsibility to shoulder. She’s also the sole beneficiary of her father’s estate. Or so she thinks. Unbeknownst to Mia, her father made a change to his will. She can still inherit, but only if she marries a suitable man within twelve months. If she doesn’t, her vile cousin will get everything. Determined not to lose her beloved childhood home, she resolves to find someone that fits the bill. What she isn’t expecting, however, is for that someone to be into sharing women with his best friend. In the meantime, Mia’s friendship with the estate gardener has blossomed into so much more. She can’t possibly plan to marry one man, while also being involved with two others ...or can she?

Releases 1/23

Mia is a hardworking, independent woman. She's never felt like she needed a man in her life to define or help her. With her father's failing health, she's been running all of his affairs on her own rather well. So imagine her surprise when she finds out dear old dad changed the will. Now she has no choice but to get married or she will lose everything.

I enjoyed the start of this new series. Mia is very strong and level headed. She has a couple of moments where you are like "really? Did you really just say that?" BUT Mia catches herself and makes it right. So yea, she's not perfect but none of us are. It makes her more real in my opinion. The guys are all really fun and loveable. Tom, the gardener, knows what Mia is going through with the loss of her father and he becomes her shoulder to lean on. Elias and Alex are sophisticated and fun. They bring a whole other side to Mia's life.

While we did have some intense sexy time, there was a lot more to this book. We spend time with everyone and take some adventures. Here's why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. I wanted more. I  felt like we got to know Thomas on a deeper level but not the other guys. Maybe that's coming in the future books so not a big deal. I did want more of how it all came together though. I don't want to get spoilerish but I needed a little more info on how the conversation went about them ALL being together. The blurb tells you that someone is into sharing with his best friend but what about other men. How did they work that out and all agree?

All in all I really did enjoy this book and the characters and I'm really looking forward to reading book two.
