What if loving someone brought you such joy that you couldn’t wait to see them, but also brought you indescribable pain because you knew they would die in your arms? How far would you go to forget them…for eternity? Anjali has been tasked by Lucifer to find, Celaeno, the last Harpy in existence, before Hades can use her to overthrow Hell. During her search for the Harpy, she is captured by an unknown assailant. Waking up on a deserted island, she finds that her powers have been bound, leaving her helpless to fight multiple enemies trying to kill her. Who can she trust to help her escape? Haydn, the Angel of Distrust, not only wants to be free from his duties as a Harbinger to the Bringer of the Apocalypse, but he wants to free the others under her control before finally ridding the world of Anjali. Once a Celestial Warrior sworn to protect God’s creatures, can he complete his mission and kill Anjali? Viktor Every is a man destroyed by love. All he has to do is find the love of his life and hand her over to a demon claiming to have the ability to take away all memories of his lover. It should be a simple task, yet it is the hardest thing he will ever do. Is he willing to give her up so that he can be free of her forever? The Third Throne: Angel of Distrust is the fifth book in the steamy Adult Paranormal Romance / Slow Burn RH series. Each angel brings the world closer to the Apocalypse! *Note that this book is intended for Mature Readers due to language, sex, violence, multiple romantic entanglements, and death. Series Description:
Michelle Black is a tormented teenager. Every night she dreams of hell. She has to suffer alone with her nightmares only able to share them with her one friend. Until it becomes too  much and her life changes forever. She's forced to leave behind everything and learn truths that have been hidden from her. She's no mere mortal. She is The Bringer of The Apocalypse, The Destroyer, and the third ruler of Hell. She was created to end the world when all hope was lost. To do this, she is assigned Angels to help her determine when the time is right. Due to circumstances beyond her control, she's been separated from her Predznak for a very long time. So long that she may never get them all back. She has to search them out and try to win them back to her side. Each book is the story of her search for that particular angel. There is always so much more going on though.

Book five:
This book is about the Angel Of Distrust, Haydn. While Anjali is on a mission for Lucifer to find Hades' Harpy, she finds herself kidnapped. Could her angel be so far gone that he will actually kill her? Or does she still have time to turn things around? Does it even matter when he's not the only one searching her out? Anjali finds herself facing many enemies, all while trying to piece together the past that is slowly returning to her and bringing her angels back into her fold.

I have been waiting on this next book in the series since the last book released. I love Anjali and this story. I've always enjoyed books about Lucifer, Hades and angels and demons. The take that Tabitha does on the world is a great one. These are long books and they swap POV regularly. I never have had a problem determining whose POV we are experiencing at any time. There is always a lot of information in these books b/c so much is happening outside of the main story. We have not only the angel in question but also what's happening with the natchguls, Lucifer and Hades, the Celestial Warriors, things that happened in the past and what's going on with other angels that will play into future books. It sounds like it could get confusing but it's really not. It is just such an involved story and there is so much depth to everything.

I was so happy with Hades in this one. He is one of my favorite characters of the whole series. I feel like we got to see a whole new side to him and I can't wait to see what comes next.

If you are just starting this series, there is always some sexy times but this is a slow build. She picks up her harem throughout the books. I definitely recommend this series to anyone who's looking for something a bit different and enjoys books about Angels and Demons. There is always plenty of action and adventure to keep you entertained.
